Kelly is one of those rare individuals who is completely trustworthy as well as being very knowledgeable and competent in any situation involving interior design, decorating, construction management, or just plain problem-solving.   

My wife and I own a three-bedroom condo at Ala Moana in Oahu, Hawaii. Kelly resides in the same building as our property and is on the board of directors. Our apartment was previously owned by Shellie’s mother and had not been lived in for several years.  The apartment was infested with termites and required significant updating as well.  Kelly helped us redesign the entire apartment, including selecting tile, appliances, cabinets, flooring, painting, lighting, and more.

Additionally, her ability to find a great general contractor and her fluency in Mandarin helped us negotiate a complete remodel.  Kelly was also retained as our project manager, overseeing the entire project until completion. Kelly accomplished all of this while we were in California!  

We have permitted Kelly to show our apartment as a testimonial to her talent.  The apartment will be for sale in the future.
